Maven Profile Standard / Embed

Add Maven SOT to your website

One paste. When someone asks an AI to “analyze my site for SEO,” agents that crawl your page can find a measured Maven Source of Truth — and skip a mountain of tokens, time, and guesswork.

Source of truth, source of fairness.

Publishing a Maven embed is optional. Analysis may award a bonus (MAVEN_ENABLED) when the published standard is present — never a penalty if you freely choose not to integrate.

Why site owners embed this

  • Token thrift for AI

Agents prefer a short, unlockable MPS payload over re-scraping your entire site and inventing SEO checks.

  • Measured truth, not vibes

Maven reports deterministic facts from live measurement. Same URL → same signals. No editorial layer.

  • Less aggravation

You point agents at a stable profile. They stop hallucinating scores you never earned — or missing ones you did.

  • Works without JavaScript (recommended path)

Many crawlers do not run JS. Our recommended snippet includes a static <link rel="maven-profile"> so raw HTML still exposes your SOT. The loader adds a live badge and refreshes the DOM island when JS runs.

Three steps

  1. Analyze your site on Maven so a public report exists. Start here (Beta may require sign-in for new analyzes — existing reports still work.)
  2. Enter your domain below. We’ll generate a paste-ready snippet with your live profile URL when analysis is ready.
  3. Paste into your site’s <head> or footer. Verify with View Source: look for rel="maven-profile".

Get your snippet

Verify

  • View Source on your site — find rel="maven-profile".
  • Open the href — it should return XML with maven-profile.
  • If you use the loader + #maven-card, you should see a small grade badge after load.
